Next, our licensed general contractor schedules an in-person site visit to review your space, assess feasibility, and answer questions. After the visit, you receive a detailed proposal and a pre-construction agreement.
Once the agreement is signed and the non-refundable fee is submitted, your project officially moves forward. This fee is later applied toward your construction costs.
Step 2: Budget Planning & Material Selection
After the pre-construction agreement, we focus on budget clarity and smart material selections. Every cost is clearly outlined so you understand where your investment delivers the most value.
